We are located at 1776 Highway 6, Tatamagouche, right next to the Shell/Robin's location. 


Site work has started and we anticipate the 1st building will be ready for occupancy in September, 2025


There are 20 units in total, two buildings with 10 units in each. There are six 1-Bedroom and four-2 Bedroom units in each building. 


We are currently accepting inquiries from interested tenants. Once we have a confirmed completion date we will contact those that completed the contact form and invite them to apply. If any units remain after all those that preregistered have applied, applications will be made available to the general public.  


All the 1 bedroom units are located on the ground floor and offer level entry with a 36" wide main  entry door directly from the outside.  The 2 bedroom units are all on the second floor. 


Yes, there will be storage units on site that tenants can rent if they wish. 


Yes, there will be one parking space for each unit included in the rent.  Additional parking spaces will be available for an additional cost. There will be ample visitor parking and bike racks available for tenants . There is also an EV Charging station available on a cost per use basis. 


Yes, the entrance and parking areas will be paved and the property will be professional landscaped and maintained.
