The first building will be ready for occupancy in March, 2026. Construction of the second building is underway with completion slated for summer of 2026.
There are 20 units in total, two buildings with 10 units in each. There are six 1-Bedroom and four-2 Bedroom units in each building.

Yes, standard household pets like cats, dogs, and birds will be permitted but no farm animals or exotic pets. Only 1 dog under 30 pounds is permitted per unit.
No. Power and internet will be the the tenants responsibility. Water is included.
All the 1 bedroom units are located on the ground floor and offer level entry with a 36" wide main entry door directly from the outside. The 2 bedroom units are all on the second floor.
Yes, there will be storage units on site that tenants can rent if they wish.
Yes, there will be one parking space for each unit included in the rent. Additional parking spaces will be available for an additional cost. There will be ample visitor parking and bike racks available for tenants .
Yes, the entrance and parking areas will be paved and the property will be professional landscaped and maintained.
Yes, the site will be monitored 24/7 by state of the art security cameras.
